摘 要:分析了大型振动筛加强梁的受力情况,并利用有限元软件对梁进行了模态分析,结果表明:梁的自由振动频率与梁受到的激振频率差别很大,振动筛工作过程中,加强梁与激振频率不会产生共振。根据振动筛工作情况,分析并计算梁受到的总载荷,在此基础上,又利用有限元软件对梁进行了静态受力分析,分析得出:梁两端面上部在工作过程中的应力最大,是最危险部位。The stress condition of large vibrating screen reinforced beam was analyzed,and the modal analysis of the beam was carried out by the finite element software. The results showed that free vibration frequency of beam is very different from stimulated vibration frequency of beam. During the operation of the vibrating screen,the reinforced beam frequency and the excited vibration frequency will not resonate. According to the working condition of the vibrating screen, the total load of the beam was analyzed and calculated. On this basis,the static stress analysis of the beam was carried out by the finite element software. The result showed that the upper part of the two end of the beam is the most dangerous part in the working process.
