摘 要:针对三菱PMGR系列起动机永磁定子关键零件磁极卡板弯曲成形工艺,设计了一种磁极卡板弯曲成形机构。该机构利用锥面增力结构的运动原理,用机械的方法代替了纯手工的方法,在降低成本的同时也极大的提高了生产效率。最后利用Solid Works软件对磁极卡板进行三维实体建模,并利用Simulation模块对磁极卡板进行有限元分析,验证了弯曲成形的有效性。分析结果表明磁极卡板弯曲成形机构的设计能满足要求,为机构的后续设计与改进提供了理论依据。A bending forming mechanism of magnetic pole board is designed,aiming at the bending forming process of mag- netic pole board of the MITSUBISHI PMGR starter permanent magnet stator. The mechanism uses the motion principle of cone reinforcement structure to replace manual method with mechanical method, which reduces production cost and improves production efficiency greatly. Finally, the 3D model of the magnetic pole board is built by SolidWorks software, and the finite element analysis of the magnetic pole board is carried by the Simulation module,which verifies the validity of the bending forming. The results show that the design of the bending forming mechanism of the magnetic pole board can meet the re- quirements. It provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent design and improvement of the mechanism.
