摘　　要：针对汽车起动机转子整形生产工艺,设计出来的一种双工位环形转子整形机构。首先介绍了环形转子整形机的总体结构和工作原理,然后对整形机构的主要零件进行设计与分析,不仅解放了双手,而且操作简单并提高了生产效率。According to the shaping process of automobile starter rotor, a double station annular rotor shaping mechanism was designed. Firstly, the overall structure and working principle of the annular rotor shaper were introduced. Then the main parts of the shaping mechanism were designed and analyzed. The mechanism is easy to operate and improves production effi- ciency.
