摘　　要：目的研究乡村自身发展服务系统创新,有效保护、创新和延续乡村自然文化与传统。方法以宁夏隆德县乡村为例,通过用户旅游体验、优化服务流程、品牌塑造及情感化设计等方法,建立可持续发展的乡村旅游生态系统。结论结合地域文化特色、技术优势、线上线下良好互动的旅游服务系统,能有效帮助村民改善生活,突出民族特色,完善服务体验。It researches the new ideas of service system innovation for helping rural areas to develop by themselves. Taking the rural area of Longde Ningxia province as an example, it builds the sustainable development of rural tourism ecosystem by taking users experience design of tourism, improving the service design processes, building their own brands, emotional design and so on. Combined with the regional culture characteristics, the advantage of technique, tourism service system with good interaction between online and offline, it can help villagers improve the quality of their life effectively, and make the national feature more outstanding, the service experience more perfect.
