摘  要:为了分析时效处理时间对SAF 2507双相不锈钢力学性能和显微组织的影响,研究了SAF2507双相不锈钢经不同热处理(固溶处理、固溶处理+350℃时效处理)后的力学性能和显微组织。结果表明:1070℃固溶处理的不锈钢具有良好的力学性能,冲击功平均值在230 J以上,组织为典型α相和γ相相间分布的条状组织;SAF 2507双相不锈钢经固溶处理后进行350℃时效处理时,随着时效时间的延长,不锈钢的组织由两相组织逐渐转变为多相组织,并且析出相逐渐增多、冲击功下降。In order to study the influence of aging time on properties and microstructure of the SAF 2507 duplex stainless steel,its mechanical properties and microstructure after different heat treatment,including solution treatment,solution and 350 ℃ aging treatment,were investigated. The results show that the stainless steel has excellent impact toughness after solution treatment at 1070 ℃,the average value of impact energy is above 230 J,and the microstructure is the typical strip structure of the alternate distribution withα phase and γ phase. When SAF 2507 duplex stainless steel is aging treatment at 350 ℃ after solution treatment,microstructure of the stainless steel changes gradually from two-phase structure to multiphase structure,and with increasing aging time,the precipitated phases is increasing to make the impact power decreas.
