摘　　要：目前国内外生产航空和军用铝合金产品的重点热处理设备之一是辊底炉,而温度均匀性是评价炉子性能的关键指标。本文总结了辊底炉炉温均匀性测试前的准备工作,测试过程中存在的问题,并对其进行了原因分析,提出了有效的改善措施,为后续炉温均匀性测试工作的开展提供了保障。At present,one of the emphasis heat treatment equipment for aviation and military aluminum alloy production at home and abroad was roller hearth furnace,and temperature uniformity is the key indicator to evaluate furnace performance. The preparation work before testing the temperature uniformity and the existing problems during testing process were summarized in the article. Its reason was analyzed and the effective improvement measures was put forward,which provide guarantee for subsequent furnace temperature uniformity testing work.
