摘 要:本文概述了WZDGQ型真空高压气淬炉的性能特征,对WZDGQ型真空高压气淬炉的安装调试进行了现场跟踪及极限服役环境下的热处理试验验收,验证该设备满足设计的主要性能指标。同时,对某种铜镍基合金试样在此设备中进行了常规服役环境下的热处理试验,确定了一种适合此合金的热处理工艺温度、时间及真空度等,经过热处理后得到基体组织均匀、晶界清晰干净的合金材料,并为同行提供参考。In this paper,the performance and characteristics of the WZDGQ type vacuum high pressure gas quenching furnace were summarized,and the installation and debugging on-site were traced and heat treatment test for the furnace was checked under limit service environment to verify the devices to meet the designed main performance index. At the same time,the heat treatment test was conducted for a coppernickel base alloy specimen in the furnace at the normal service environment to determine a suitable heat treatment temperature,time and vacuum degree etc. for the alloy. The uniform matrix microstructure and clear grain boundary in this alloy can be obtained after this heat treatment,which provided reference for peer.
