摘 要:以某2×350MW抽凝机组为研究对象,利用Ebsilon软件搭建耦合吸收式热泵的供热机组模型,对耦合吸收式热泵后的供热机组进行变工况分析,给出了在热泵各个部件的传热系数和传热面积不变的条件下,热泵的出水温度、热泵制热系数COP、机组发电标准煤耗率和发电量随供热负荷的变化情况。研究表明:耦合吸收式热泵机组的出水温度随热负荷增大而升高,COP值随热负荷增大而降低,机组抽汽量随热负荷的增大而增加,且在相同热负荷下,与常规供热机组相比其总发电量提高2.9%左右,平均发电标准煤耗率降低2.7%左右。With a 2 x 350 MW extraction and condensing type steam turbine unit serving as the object of study, the software Ebsilon was utilized to establish a model for coupled absorption type heat pump heat supply units and conduct an off-design analysis of the foregoing heat supply units coupled with an absorp- tion type heat pump. On this basis, under the condition of the heat transfer coefficients and heat transfer areas of various components in the heat pump being kept unchanged, changes of the outgoing water tem- perature of the heat pump, COP of the heat pump, power generation standard coal consumption rate and power generation capacity of the unit in question were given. It has been found that the outgoing water temperature of the coupled absorption type heat pump unit will rise and on the contrary, the COP value will drop with an increase of the heat load. The amount of steam extracted from the steam turbine unit will always increase with an increase of the heat load and at an identical heat load, the total power generation capacity of the steam turbine unit will increase by about 2.9% compared with that of conventional heat supply steam turbine units and the power generation standard coal consumption rate will averagely drop by around 2.7%.
