摘 要:为了分析混合叶片吸力面上的径向槽对超紧凑燃烧室性能的影响,基于Wilson混合叶片的试验,设计了6种不同二次气流量的工况.利用FLUENT软件的Realizablek—ε湍流模型、混合分彬概率密度函数(PDF)燃烧模型、离散坐标(DO)辐射模型和离散相模型对燃烧室的流动及燃烧进行数值模拟。结果表明:随着二次气流量的增加,燃烧环内压力和离心力逐渐增大;二次气流量的变化对燃烧效率影响较小,对出口燃气温度分布系数、压力损失和出口污染物排放量影响较大;叶片径向槽起到了迁移环内燃烧产物和进一步掺混燃油和空气的重要作用,改善了出口燃气径向平均温度分布,提高了出口燃气温度场品质。To analyze the influence of the radial slots on the suction surface of a hybrid blade on the per- formance of an ultra-compact combustor, six operation conditions having various secondary air flow rates were designed based on the tests of the Wilson hybrid blade that having been conducted and a numerical simulation was performed of the flow and combustion of the combustor by utilizing the Realizable k - 6 turbulent flow model in the software Fluent, hybrid fraction/probability density function (PDF), combus- tion model, discrete coordinates (DO) radiation model and discrete phase model. It has been found that with an increase of the secondary air flow rate, the pressure and centrifugal force inside the combustion ring will gradually increase, changes of the secondary air flow rate will have a relatively small influence on the combustion efficiency and a relatively big influence on the temperature distribution coefficient of gas at the outlet, pressure loss and amount of pollutants emitted at the outlet. The radial slots in the blade can play an important role in removing the combustion products inside the ring and further mixing and diluting the fuel oil with air, thus meliorating the radial average temperature distribution of the gas at the outlet and enhancing the quality of its temperature field as well.
