摘  要:通过对连接块孔径为2.5mm、3.2mm,孔边距为3mm、3.25mm的两组加工圆孔的分析,并依据尺寸及冲裁力的计算,设计了一种由上模与下模组成的深孔冲模,其特点是以直通式结构避免凸模自由度过长带来的隐患,同时以防胀圈的结构解决冲孔胀边的问题。以冲孔工艺代替改钻孔,一次冲裁成形不需二次装夹,大大提高生产效率。A kind of deep hole die including the die and the lower die is designed through the calculation of the part size and the blanking force and the analysis of the two sets of processing circular hole in the connection block parts whose apertures are 2.5 mm,3.2 mm and hole margins are 3 mm,3.25 mm respectively.The die is characterized by the straightthrough structure which can avoid the hidden danger caused by the long punching freedom and the anti-swelling structure is used to solve the phenomenon of punching and expanding.The production efficiency can get well improved because of the punching process replacing drilling and the one blanking forming no longer needing second clamping.
