摘 要:分别采用钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)和手工电弧焊(SMAW)对SAF2205双相不锈钢进行焊接,研究了焊缝和热影响区的塑韧性和耐腐蚀性。通过对比各项力学试验及耐腐蚀试验数据,得出两种焊接方法焊缝区性能的优缺点。结果表明,SMAW的耐腐蚀性优于GTAW,韧性不及GTAW,但两种焊接方法均能满足焊接要求。Having the tungsten electrode argon arc welding(GTAW) and the shielded metal arc welding(SMAW) used respectively to weld SAF2205 duplex stainless steel was implemented,including the study on both plasticity and corrosion resistance of the weld and the heat affected zone. Through comparing the mechanical tests and the corrosion resistance test data,both advantages and disadvantages of two welding methods were obtained. The results show that,the corrosion resistance of SMAW is better than that of GTAW but its plasticity is less than GTAW's though they both meet the welding requirements.
