摘  要:文中报道了相变蓄热器对太阳能空气集热—干燥系统热能调配试验的研究结果。其中相变蓄热材料由8.5∶1.5的十二水硫酸铝钾与十水硫酸钠复合而成,并装入带有内金属导热片和外部翅片的圆柱型金属容器中,作为蓄热元件。结果表明:带有蓄热元件的太阳能干燥系统,其集热器和干燥箱的温度波动较小,且遮光1小时后,集热器和干燥箱温度只下降20.79%和16.36%;而不带蓄热元件的系统内二者的温度则下降了57.19%和32.96%。结果显示出蓄热元件的热能调配作用。solar heat-This paper reports the results of the experimental study of thermal energy adjustment in drying system with phase -change heat accumulators. The phase change thermal storage material is a composite consisting of hydrated salt KA1 (SO4)2·12H2O and Na2SO4·10H2O, which is stored in the finned cylindrical metal container as a heat storage element. The test results show that the KA1 (SO4)2·12H2O and Na2SO4·10H2O composite hydrated salt system with a ratio of 8.5:1.5 could adjust the thermal energy effectively as compared to bold solar heat -drying system, the fluctuations of temperature inside the collector and dryer becomes small; The drops of temperature inside the collector and dryer for the system with phase change material accumulator after shading the sun light for lh are only 20.79% and 16.36%, respectively, while the collector and dryer for the bold system after shading the sun the drops of temperature inside light for lh are 57. 19% and 32. 96%, respectively. These results show that the phase - change heat accumulator has an obvious thermal energy adjustment function on the solar drying device.
