摘 要:联合动力风机一体化意味着风机的控制系统、变桨系统和变频器系统整合一体,全部代码需要重新编写,而研发时间长度与各部件及子系统间关联给系统设计和验证增加了难度。对风机控制系统进行全面、可靠、实时的仿真,减少了风力发电机组实测次数、缩短开发时间、降低成本、提高控制软件质量。文中在一体化项目中引入了硬件在环仿真系统,建立国电联合动力一体化风机虚拟模型。在该仿真系统中对风机各工况进行实时仿真,验证一体化程序的逻辑和算法,大大减少了研发时间。With the development of wind power technology, the single unit capacity of the wind turbine has greatly improved, and the MW class wind turbine has become the mainstream. The control system of MW level wind turbine consists of a number of subsystems, and the correlation between the components and subsystems is difficult to design and verify the system. The simulation of the wind turbine control system is carried out in the round, reliable and real - time, which reduces the number of the wind turbine test, the development time and the cost, and it improvesthe quality of the control software. In this paper, the programmable logic controller is introduced into the hardware in the loop simulation system, and the virtual model of the Guodian UnitedPower Wind Turbine Systems in Oneis established. In this simulation system, the real - time simulation of various operating conditions of the wind turbine is carried out, and it can verify wind turbine controller system.
