机翼蒙皮紧固件快速布点方法研究

摘　　要：飞机机翼蒙皮是一个曲率变化的曲面,蒙皮上分布着大量紧固件。各飞机设计制造企业对紧固件在机翼蒙皮曲面上的布点方法各不同。传统的等空间距布点方法无法对复杂曲面尤其是曲率变化大的曲面进行快速且均匀布点。基于CATIA二次开发的紧固件辅助设计系统,提出了一种可以根据蒙皮的轮廓尺寸大小、紧固件直径等参数,快速确定紧固件位置且均匀分布的方法,即等弦长布点法。借助CATIA二次开发的紧固件辅助系统进行分析,研究在曲率变化较大和较小的情况下等空间距布点法与等弦长布点法的各自特点。得出等弦长布点法是一种可行的紧固件快速布点方法,它适用于曲率变化小或大的复杂曲面的均匀分布,并克服了等空间距布点法无法在曲率变化大的曲面上均匀布点的局限性。The wing skin of the aircraft is a curved surface with varying curvatures, and a large number of fasteners have been distributed on the skin. The layout of the fasteners on the wing skin surface of the air- craft is different for different aircraft design and manufacturing enterprises. The traditional equal space spacing method can＇t make fast and uniform distribution of the curved surface, especially the curved surface with large curvature change. On the basis of the secondary development of CATIA fastener aided design sys- tem, the equivalent chord length deployment method has been proposed, which can determine the position of fasteners rapidly and distribute uniformly according to the size of skin and diameters of fasteners. The sec- ondary development of CATIA fastener aided design system has been adopted for analysis. The characteris- tics of equal space distance distribution method and the equivalent chord length distribution method have been studied under large and small curvature change. It is obtained that the equivalent chord length distri- bution method is a feasible method for rapid deployment fastener distribution, which is suitable for uniform distribution of complex curved surfaces with small or large curvatures change. Moreover, the limitation, which equal space spacing method cannot distribute uniformly on a curved surface with large curvature change, has been overcome.
