摘　　要：有一类冲压件,它们孔的形状一致,尺寸相同,孔间距尺寸相同,孔边距也相同或类似。为此,可以设计制造一套通用冲孔模具,既减少了模具数量,也减少模具安装次数,对生产管理和节约成本具有现实的意义。There is one kind of stamping parts, which have the holes of same shape, same size, same hole space, and same or similar hole margin. At this time, a universal punching die can be designed and manu- factured, which not only reduces the number of die but also reduces the installation frequency of the die. It has realistic significance for the production management and cost savings.
