摘  要:为了解决航天大型薄壁结构件产品质量零缺陷、质量信息追溯与查询困难、缺乏完善的质量管理体系、数据不一致、联系弱和缺乏共享性等问题,本文对航天大型薄壁结构件的机加工、焊接、铆接和装配工艺进行了分析研究,以组成质量信息的产品信息库、制造资源库和工艺信息库等作为数据库基础设计产品信息管理体系组织架构,基于客户/服务器模式(Client/Server)开发该系统。实现了质量信息的检索、管理、再生和应用,质量数据的共享与一致性以及较高的数据资源利用率等,并且已经成功应用于某航天大型薄壁结构件制造所,取得了明显的社会和经济效应,具有典型的示范作用和重要的实际应用价值。In order to solve the problem of Aerospace large-scale thin-walled structural parts product quality zero defect; difficult to trace and query quality information; Lack of perfect quality management system; data inconsistent; poor data relationship and lack of data sharing. The machining, welding, riveting and assembly process of large-scale thin-walled structural members are analyzed and studied in this paper. Using product information base, manufacturing resource library and process information base as the composition of quality information, and based on this design organization of product information management system, and develop the system based on the client /server model. Achieving quality information retrieval, management, regenera- tion and application; data sharing data consistency as well as higher data resource utilization. And it has been successfully applied to a manufacturing plant and achieved significant social and economic effects. Also it has a typical exemplary role with important practical application value.
