摘　　要：国内外对根因分析法的研究已有较长历史和实践经验,通过对相关文献的分析,探讨根因分析法在预防和解决图书馆问题方面的应用和实践。介绍了根本原因分析(RCA,简称"根因分析")的两种主要模型,综述了该方法的国内外研究现状,并以某大学图书馆利用根因分析法分析留学生使用图书馆资源的问题为例,构建了留学生使用图书馆的鱼骨图模型,经对该模型的分析,总结出了提高留学生利用图书馆效率的措施。根因分析法有协助图书馆解决没有显著解决办法的复杂问题的潜力。The research on root cause analysis has a long history and practical experience at home and abroad. Based on the analysis of relevant literatures, this paper discusses the application and practice of root cause analysis in preventing and solving library problems. This paper introduces two main models of root cause analysis （RCA）and summarizes the research status of this method at home and abroad. Taking the use of library resources in a university library by RCA for example, the paper constructs the fishbone model of the foreign students＇ using libraries. After analyzing the model, the paper summarizes the measures to improve the efficiency of foreign students＇ using libraries. Root cause analysis has the potential to assist libraries in solving complex problems without significant solutions.
