摘　　要：都市周边是农业供需结构矛盾最为集中、农业功能拓展需求最为强烈的区域,加快都市农业供给侧结构性改革步伐,对于提升都市农业的综合效益、促进农民稳定持续增收、提高居民生活幸福指数均有重要的现实意义。但目前,都市农业仍面临产品结构供需错配、产业链融合发展不够、生产要素结构性问题突出及资源环境压力较大等问题。因此,应以满足多样化消费需求为核心推进农业结构调整,以提高要素使用效率为核心完善要素供给,以三产融合和集约化经营为核心创新农业经营机制,以提升竞争力为核心培育都市农业新产业、新业态,持续推进都市现代农业供给侧结构性改革。The urban periphery is the area with the most contradiction of agricultural supply and demand structure and the strongest demand for expansion of agricultural functions. Speeding up the pace of structural reforms in the supply side of urban agriculture is of great practical significance for enhancing the comprehensive benefits of urban agriculture,promoting stable incomes for agriculture and raising the index of well-being of residents. At present,urban agriculture still faces the problems of mismatch of supply and demand of product structure,insufficient development of industrial chain integration,prominent structural problems of production factors and great pressure on resources and environment. Therefore,the paper put forward some strategies to speed up urban agricultural supply-side structural reform,including adjusting the products structure according to diversified consumption needs,improving the efficiency of agricultural factors usage,promoting the innovation of agricultural management mechanism by industrial integration and intensive operation,and fostering the new industries and new format by competition capability enhancement.
