摘　　要：以我国企业体育文化质量预警为研究对象,运用文献资料法等研究方法,对我国企业体育文化质量预警的基础、质量建设情况和质量建设过程中存在的关键问题以及我国企业体育文化质量预警机制建设的策略等4个方面所涉及的我国企业体育文化发展与其企业体育文化核心竞争力问题运用数学模型的形式进行定量、定性分析,得出主要结论:1)我国企业体育文化建设过程中的力量、体育文化效用、体育文化核心竞争力等都表现为较弱,各个企业的发展很不平衡,与其经济基础有着密切关系。2)我国企业体育文化在企业的影响力不足,而企业领导和企业体育管理者及其有关专家对目前的企业体育文化状况基本认同,基层体育工作者和参与者意见不尽统一,存在着较大的问题与危机,必须引起高度重视。3)我国企业体育文化的教育与培训情况不佳,导致对其文化的理解不够深入,身在中国企业体育文化环境之中,却无法准确表达其企业体育文化的内涵等问题,是除了领导不重视以外,教育培训工作薄弱是关键,影响了企业体育文化的传播与发展,也影响着我国企业文化建设及其企业经济效益与社会效益。4)我国企业体育文化质量预警策略是更新理念策略、加大投入策略和培训策略,从而保护和发展我国企业体育文化。这项研究对提示、提醒、发掘、完善我国企业体育文化建设具有引导、警示、促进作用,对进一步发挥企业体育文化建设对增加企业经济效益和社会效益起到积极的推动作用。Taking quality early warming of China＇s enterprise sports culture as research object,this study quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed the development and core competitive power of China＇s enterprise sports culture in four aspects including early warning foundation,quality construction situation,key questions during the process,and early warning system construction strategy by the methods of literature review.Conclusions：1） The strength,efficiency and core competition of China＇s enterprise sports culture are relatively weak; the development of each enterprise is very uneven and has a close relationship with its economic base.2） China＇s enterprise sports culture has insufficient effect on enterprise; the leaders,sports managers and experts have the same idea on the current status of enterprise sports culture,the grass-roots sports workers and participants＇ opinions are not unified,there are great problems and crises,which must be paid more attention.3） Education and training of enterprise sports culture in China is poor,leading to a lack of understanding of its culture,people cannot accurately express the connotation of enterprise sports culture although they are in the environment of enterprise sports culture.In addition to leaders＇ neglect,education and training work is weak,which affects the dissemination and development of enterprise sports culture,and influences the construction of China＇s enterprise culture and its economic and social benefits.4） The early warning strategies of China＇s enterprise sports culture are to renew the concept,increase investment and training,so as to protect and develop it.This study has a guiding,warning,promoting effect on China＇s enterprise sports culture.
