摘　　要：土地利用总体规划与城市总体规划存在差异与矛盾,本文通过制作规划现状底图,将二者统一在一起。结合北京市"两规合一"背景,设计了行之有效的规划现状底图的制作方案,利于规划国土部门掌握用地现状,可为后续规划分析提供良好的基础资料。There are some differences and contradictions between urban planning and land use planning.Through the production of planning and currency map.this paper made the coordination of two plans.With the combination of ＂coordination of two plans＂ in Beijing,the paper designed effective project of planning and currency map.It’s helpful to manage the status for planning and land department! and it can provide useful reference material for other work.
