摘 要:研制了水平孔注浆模拟试验台,并针对富水砂层进行了注浆模拟试验。结果表明:单液水泥浆液在该砂层中以压密、劈裂为主,渗透效果一般;水平孔上部浆液分布比例大于水平孔下部,且随着注浆量的增加,上部浆液分布比例越大;注浆完成后加固圈形态呈U形。试验结果对揭示水平孔注浆机理及指导工程应用具有较高科学价值。The horizontal hole grouting simulation test bench was developed and the grouting simulation test was carried out for the rich water sand stratum. The results show that the single cement liquid is diffused mainly by compaction and splitting in the sand stratum, and the infiltration effect is general. With the increase of the grouting amount,the proportion of slurry distribution in the upper part of the horizontal hole is larger than the other part of the horizontal hole.After the completion of grouting, the shape of the reinforcement ring is U-shaped. The results of the study have high scientific value for revealing the horizontal hole grouting mechanism and guiding the engineering application.
