摘 要:针对大面积采空区煤自燃危险区域监测预警的技术难题,提出了煤自燃危险区域高密度网络化监测预警技术,设计了煤自燃危险区域高密度网络化监测预警系统的架构;研发了集温湿度、CO、O_2、CH_4、压差传感器于一体的矿用多参数无线传感器;基于Linux操作系统和嵌入式Web技术,设计了矿用无线监测基站,实现内网、外网跨平台访问实时监测信息;开发了基于Web的煤自燃危险区域高密度网络化监测预警软件。工业性试验结果表明,该系统实现了煤自燃危险区域气-温-压差的高密度网络化监测,保障了矿井安全生产。In order to solve the technical problem of monitoring and early warning of coal spontaneous combustion hazardous area in large-scale goal,the high-density network monitoring and early warning technology of coal spontaneous combustion hazardous area was put forward,and the architecture of high density network monitoring and warning system of coal spontaneous combustion hazardous area was designed. A set of temperature and humidity,CO,O2,CH4,differential pressure sensor in one mine muhi-parameter wireless sensor was developed. Based on Linux operating system and embedded Web technology, mine wireless monitoring base station was designed, which realizes internal network, external network cross-platform access real-time monitoring information. Web-based high-density network monitoring and warning software of coal spontaneous combustion hazardous area was developed. The industrial test results show that the system realizes the high density network monitoring of the gas - temperature-pressure difference in the coal spontaneous combustion hazardous area,thus ensuring the safe production of the mine.
