摘 要:在一定条件下,由水玻璃、硫酸铁及硫酸铝制得聚硅酸硫酸铝铁絮凝剂(PSAFS)。在此基础上,研究了PSAFS对洗煤废水的净化效果。结果表明,PSAFS处理给定洗煤废水的优化工艺条件:废水的p H=7、浓度为1%的絮凝剂用量比为0.25%(体积比)、加入絮凝剂后在250 r/min下快搅3 min、在50 r/min下慢搅1 min、静置40 min。Polysilicate aluminum ferric sulfate (PSAFS) was made of sodium silicate, aluminum sulfate and ferric sulfate under certain conditions. On this foundation, the depuration effect of PSAFS on coal washing wastewater was studied. The results showed that the optimize process conditions for treating a given coal washing wastewater by PSAFS were as follows: the pH of the given wastewater was 7; the dosage ratio of flocculant at a concentration of 1% was 0.25%(volume ratio); after adding flocculant, stirred quickly for 3 minutes at the speed of 250 r/min and stirred slowly for 1 minutes at the speed of 50 r/min; stood still for 40 minutes.
