摘  要:通过分别提高精对苯二甲酸(PTA)生产废水中不同组分的含量,考察了高温-中温两级厌氧系统对4种PTA废水水质的适应情况。研究结果表明,当苯甲酸、乙酸以及对苯二甲酸含量增加时,废水经过温度两级厌氧系统处理,有机物依然能得到高效稳定的去除,且处理后的出水COD含量低于100 mg·L^(-1),COD去除率则稳定在95%以上。而对甲基苯甲酸含量的提升则对系统的运行效果影响显著,经过两级厌氧处理,依然有约25%的对甲基苯甲酸未被降解。说明在PTA废水的厌氧处理中,对甲基苯甲酸的降解是提升系统总有机物去除效率的关键,也是我们今后研究工作的重点。In this study,we investigated the operation effects of thermophilic-mesophilic staged anaerobic system in treating four different purified terephthalic acid wastewater by changing the organic composition content.The results revealed that all the organics could still be high-efficiently removed when the concentration of benzoate,acetate and terephthalic acid increased.The COD in effluent was as low as 100 mg·L^-1,while the COD removal efficiency was stabled at over 95%.However,the increase of p-toluic acid concentration made an obvious influence on the overall operation,there was still 25% p-toluic acid left in the effluent after system treatment.Therefore,the degradation of p-toluic acid was believed one of the most critical factor for the promotion of overall organics removal efficiency,which will also be our emphasis to solve in the following research.
