摘　　要：实验动物专家咨询系统是为行业专家和用户搭建的一个互动交流平台。平台以"互联网+实验动物"相结合,主要是基于智能移动终端为应用载体,充分发挥实验动物界的专家智力资源,破除空间和时间上的距离和障碍,克服当前实验动物咨询服务时效性差、知识数据静态化、不能合理利用网络实现快速咨询服务等问题,满足行业用户的实时求助需求,为行业专家与用户之间起到桥梁和纽带作用。同时,通过平台知识源的不断积累,进一步实现专家知识的转移,从而加快知识向产业的转化。文章重点介绍系统的特点和主要框架结构、功能模块设计以及系统的实现。A laboratory animal expert consultation system provides an interactive platform for industry experts and users. Based on intelligent mobile terminal used as the application supporter,the platform combines the internet with laboratory animal to share the experts＇ knowledge,breaks through temporal and spatial restrictions,and resolves other problems such as poor timeliness of inquire service,knowledge data staticization,and irrational exploitation of internet to gain prompt inquire service. The platform would meet the needs of industry users for real-time aids and bridge the gap between industry experts and users. Thus,the transfer of expert ＇ knowledge is realized in pace with the increasing knowledge resource of this platform to accelerate the transformation of theoretical knowledge into the industry. Our study focuses on the system characteristics, the main frame structure, the design of function module and the system implementation.
