摘  要:以糠醛为溶剂对FCC油浆进行了萃取分离。考察了温度、剂油比对两种FCC油浆中富含芳烃组分 (糠醛抽出油 )组成和性质的影响。确定出油浆中芳烃富集的最佳萃取条件 :温度为 50℃ ,剂油比为 2。对比了不同油浆富含芳烃组分合成COPNA树脂的可行性。实验结果表明 ,环烷基油浆的糠醛抽出油的芳烃含量高于石蜡基油浆 。Furfural was taken as an extracting solvent and used to separate aromatics from two kinds of fluid catalytic cracking slurries (FCC slurry). The properties and composition of the extracted components at different temperatures and ratios of solvent to slurries were investigated. The optimum conditions for the extractions of aromatics were determined, and the performances of enriched aromatic components extracted from two kinds of slurries were compared with each other. The experimental results show that the aromatic enriched components extracted from first kind of slurry is more favorable for the synthesis of COPNA resin than that of second kind of slurry.
