摘　　要：为了更好地面向人类社会生产、生活提供服务,基于PLC的自动化控制系统应运而生,将其应用于电气自动化设备中,能够在运行、调试等方面起到非常重要的作用。作为现代电气自动化控制领域中非常重要的技术之一,PLC控制系统能够改善传统自动化控制系统存在的操作复杂、抗干扰能力不足以及运行可靠性偏低等问题,对优化电气自动化设备综合效用有重要意义。文章就电气自动化设备中针对PLC控制系统的应用问题进行概述分析,针对电气自动化设备中PLC控制系统的应用优势、主要模式以及其应用流程进行分析与探讨,以望能够引起业内人士的高度关注与重视。In order to better geared to the needs of human social production and living services, automation control system based on PLC arises at the historic moment, applied to the electrical automation equipment, able to run, debug, play a very important role. As a very important technology in the field of modern electrical automation control, PLC control system can improve the traditional automatic control system of complex operation, anti-interference ability is insufficient, and the problem such as low reliability, comprehensive utility has important significance to the optimization of electrical automation equipment. This paper aimes at the application of PLC control system in electrical automation equipment are summarized analysis, aiming at the application of PLC control system in electrical automation equipment advantages, main mode and its application process were analyzed and discussed, hoping to be able to cause the personage inside course of study of attention.
