摘　　要：马克思的劳动价值论批判地继承资产阶级古典经济学的价值理论,建立了科学而完整的关于劳动创造商品价值及商品生产、交换遵循价值规律的价值学说。马克思正是以劳动价值论为基础,探寻到了资本主义剥削的秘密,创立了剩余价值学说。马克思的劳动价值论历来是国内外学者研究的热点,随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立、新时代中国特色社会主义政治经济学的实践、西方话语的日益强势渗透,在马克思主义政治经济学领域,试图用其他价值理论取代劳动价值论,否定马克思的价值理论。当前劳动价值论研究存疑颇多,如哪些劳动可以创造价值,财富和价值是否仅仅由工人的生产劳动创造,新的历史时代马克思劳动价值理论能否解释当下现实的经济问题,等等。对这些问题深入研究,有助于坚持和发展马克思主义的劳动价值论,促进和完善现代化经济体系建设。By criticizing and inheriting the value theory from Bourgeois classical economics,Marx established the labor value theory,a scientific and complete value theory where labor creates commodity value and commodity production and exchange follow the law of value. In the meanwhile,based on the labor value theory,Marx found the secret of capitalist exploitation and established the theory of surplus value. Marx＇s labor value theory has always been the hot spot of research conducted by domestic and foreign scholars. With the establishment of the socialist market economic system in China,practice of socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the increasing permeating of western culture,the Obsolescence View of Marxism is becoming increasingly popular in the field of Marxism political economics. Moreover,some people attempt to replace labor value theory with other value theory and totally repudiate Marx＇s labor value theory. At present,there are many issues unsolved in the research into labor value theory. For example,what kind of labor can create value？ Whether wealth and value are created merely by the production and labor of workers？ Whether Marx＇s labor value theory can explain the existing economic problems in the new historical era,etc. In-depth research into these problems is helpful to sticking and developing Marx＇s labor value theory,as well as promoting and improving the establishment of a modern economic system.
