摘  要:主要以二苯基二甲氧基硅烷(DDS)为原料,通过H+水解缩聚,制备了一系列端羟基聚硅氧烷,并对各种反应条件下的产物进行FT-IR、GPC、TGA表征,探索聚合物的结构与性能的关系。结果表明,影响DDS的水解因素主要是H+浓度和水解时间。采用物理共混法对聚硅氧烷和丙烯酸乳液混合,测定了加入聚硅氧烷对丙烯酸乳液涂膜附着力、光泽度、防污防尘性能的影响。A series of hydroxyl-terminated polysiloxane synthesized using hydrolysis-polyeondensation method from dimethoxydiphenylsilane, and the factors influeneing this synthesis are investigated. The products are characterized by FT-IR, GPC and TGA. The results show that factors influencing hydrolysis of DDS is mainly of H~ concentration and hydrolysis time. After adding hydroxyl-terminated polysiloxane to acrylic emulsion, it shows that the acrylic emulsion gloss and adhesion are reduced. However, antifouling dustproof performance are enhanced.
