加快发展我国铜网围栏设施养殖的思考

摘　　要：铜网围栏设施养殖是实现鱼类健康、优质、高产的一种觃模化、集约化高效养殖模式,对于拓展水产养殖发展空间、改善水产养殖产品品质、推动水产养殖健康发展等意义深进。用SWOT分析法全面分析了我国铜围网围栏设施养殖的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,提出了加快我国铜围网围栏设施养殖发展的顶层设计、投资机制、产学研、全产业链和技术交流等五方面政策建议。Copper fence facility cultivation is a large-scale, integrative and effective aquaculture model to realize healthy, high-quality and high-yield fishes, which is of great significance to expand the development space of aquaculture, improve the quality of aquaculture products and promote the healthy development of aquaculture. SWOT analysis was used to comprehensively analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of copper fence facility cultivation in our country. Five policy suggestions such as top-level design, investment mechanism, IUR（Industry-University-Research）, whole industry chain and technical exchange were put forward to accelerate the development of copper fence facility cultivation in our country.
