摘 要:针对国产T700碳纤维、中温固化及湿法缠绕的特点,制备了一种适合国产T700碳纤维湿法缠绕用的低成本树脂基体,研究了树脂基体热性能、力学性能、使用期和成本,测试了该树脂基体与国产T700碳纤维制备的复合材料的力学性能。结果表明:该树脂体系耐热性良好且力学性能优异,适宜中温固化,粘度和使用期满足湿法缠绕工艺要求,成本降低超过65%;该树脂基体与国产T700碳纤维制备的复合材料力学性能优异,0°拉伸强度为1988.15 MPa,0°压缩强度为821.02 MPa,弯曲强度为1839.94 MPa,剪切强度为89.51 MPa。In view of the characteristics of domestic T700 carbon fiber, medium temperature curing and wet winding process, a low cost resin matrix suitable for the domestic T700 carbon fiber in wet winding process was prepared. The thermal properties, mechanical properties, service period and cost of the resin matrix are studied. The mechanical properties of the composite made from the resin matrix and the domestic T700 carbon fiber were tested. The result shows that, The resin system has good heat resistance and excellent mechanical properties, and suitable for medium temperature curing. The vis- cosity and use period meet the requirements of wet winding process, and the cost is reduced by more than 65%. The me- chanical properties of the composite made from the resin matrix and the domestic T700 carbon fiber are excellent,The tensile strength of 0 degrees is 1988.15 MPa, the compressive strength of 0 degrees is 821.02 MPa, the bending strength is 1839.94 MPa,and the shear strength is 89.51 MPa.
