摘 要:采用注浆工程中最常用的普通硅酸盐水泥和超细水泥进行试配,研究了不同配合比对浆液的强度、凝胶时间、稠度、析水率的影响,得出注浆浆液最佳配合比。结合汉宜高铁现场施工经验,对注浆加固后的客运路段做了沉降检测,结果表明,注浆施工工后沉降得到了有效控制,达到了预期效果,可为今后类似注浆工程做借鉴。The settlement treatment of the sleeve valve tube grouting reinforcement is used for the bridge-subgrade transition section of the Hanyi high-speed railway. By analyzing the mix proportion of common portland cement and superfine cement in grouting engineering, the influence of slurry strength, gel time, consistency and drainage rate is analyzed, and the most suitable grouting slurry is found. Combined with the on-site construction experience of Hanyi high- speed railway, settlement detection of reinforced passenger transport sections with grouting reinforcement is conducted. The results show that post-construction settlement is effectively controlled, and the expected remediation effect is achieved, which can provide a reference for the similar grouting works.
