摘　　要：目的探讨鼻镜下中鼻道开窗联合尖牙窝小视窗双径路术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法选取真菌性鼻窦炎患者86例,将其随机分为两组,每组43例。对照组单用鼻镜下中鼻道开窗术治疗,观察组在此基础上联合尖牙窝小视窗术治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果与炎症因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻镜下中鼻道开窗联合尖牙窝小视窗双径路手术可缓解真菌性鼻窦炎患者的临床症状,增强临床疗效,促进鼻腔彻底修补,加速术后康复进程。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic transnasal approach combined with fenestration of canine fossa in the treatment of fungal sinusitis.Methods Eighty-six cases of fungal sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated by endoscopic nasal meatus fenestration,and patients in the observation group treated by endoscopic transnasal approach combined with fenestration of canine fossa.The clinical therapeutic effect and the level of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than that of the control group（79.07%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Endoscopic transnasal approach combined with fenestration of canine fossa can relieve the clinical symptoms of fungal sinusitis,enhance the clinical efficacy,promote nasal repair,accelerate the process of recovery.
