摘  要:自融雪混凝土对增大冬季道路通行能力,减少除冰盐使用量等均有一定的优势。通过添加石墨、钢纤维、碳纤维等材料可使普通混凝土具有导电能力,通过控制混凝土的发热功率来保证融雪功能。采用控制变量法研究了钢纤维掺量对试块导电性的影响,试验结果表明,当钢纤维掺量占骨料和掺合料总量的2.5%,通电电压小于36V条件下,试件可以满足导电要求,2h内融化10mm厚的路面积雪。试验表明,搅拌时采取粗细骨料-纤维-沥青-矿粉-石墨加料顺序制得的混凝土性能优于采用其他加料顺序得到的混凝土。Electrically conductive concrete have good advantages in enhancing the capacity of road in winter and reducing the consumption of deicing salt. By way of adding black lead, steel fibers, carbon fibers to concrete, the electric conducting ability to the plain concrete was given. And the concrete can meh snow by c, ontrolling the heating power can be ensured. The results shows that when the quality of steel fibers makes up 2.5% of the whole material quality, under the condition of electric voltage less than 36V, the test piece can melt 10mm of ice within two hours. Adding materials by order of aggregates, fibers, asphalt, mineral dust and black lead, the concrete with the best performance can be obtained.
