摘 要:塑料电池盖的分型过程需要侧向抽芯,其对模具的设计要求较高,相应的成型工艺相对复杂。针对该问题,通过虚拟现实的方法,采用Pro/E软件的EMX模块进行模具设计和分型过程模拟,并对模具结构和成型工艺进行了优化。设计一种带有1模1腔、潜伏浇口和侧滑块抽芯机构的三板式模具,获得了最优模具结构,优化了成型工艺,为同类型模具产品的设计和实际生产提供理论依据和技术参考。Classification process of plastic battery cover requires lateral core pulling,which requires a higher level of mold design and a more complex process of the corresponding molding. In order to solve this problem,the EMX module of Pro/E software was used to simulate the mold design and the typing process through a virtual reality method. The mold structure and the molding process were optimized. The three-plate mold with one-mode cavity,latent gate and side-slider core-pulling mechanism was designed,and the optimal mold structure was obtained on an optimizsed molding process. The design process was described in detail,which provided the basis and technical reference for the design and actual production of the same type of mold product.
