摘　　要：概述十万吨半潜船"新光华"轮的船型概况和主要技术特点,分析其对最新规则规范的运用,从总布置和主要系统设计等方面展开重点分析与设计介绍。The article briefly introduces the general ship type information and the main technical features of the semi-submersible vessel of 100 000 DWT. It analyzes the application of the new rules. It also carried out the analysis and design introduction for the general arrangement and main system design.
