摘 要:结合过氧化物硫化体系的硫化过程,提出过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)可以引发环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)与邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯预聚体(DAP-A)发生相间交联反应,以改善两相之间的相容性,拓宽ENR/DAP-A二元共混材料的有效阻尼温域。分别采用硫磺硫化体系和BPO硫化体系制备的ENR-40(环氧化程度为40%的ENR/DAP-A二元共混材料)进行对比分析,并利用动态力学分析、差示扫描量热分析以及宽频介电谱论证了上述机理。基于以上机理,进一步探究了共混比例和BPO用量对ENR-40/DAP-A二元共混材料阻尼性能的影响,最终制备了一种有效阻尼温域为-33~145℃(tanδmin>0.35)的宽温域高阻尼材料。Based on the vulcanization process of peroxide curing system,dibenzoyl peroxide(BPO) can result in inter-phase linkages by triggering reaction between epoxidized natural rubber(ENR) and prepolymers of diallyl phthalate(DAP-A),thus providing an improved compatibility between phases as well as a broadened effective damping temperature range in ENR/DAP-A binary blends. The proposal was demonstrated by DMA,DSC and broadband dielectric spectroscopy(BDRS) of ENR-40/DAP-A binary blends vulcanized by BPO and sulphur,respectively. On the basis of that,different blending ratios and BPO contents were studied to optimize the damping property of ENR-40/DAP-A binary blends and a series of high damping(tanδmin0.35) binary blends with an effective temperature range of 178 ℃ from-33 ℃ to 145 ℃ were obtained.
