摘 要:考察了二氯甲烷为溶剂,Poloxamer188~复合聚L-乳酸均相溶液电纺纤维的形态及复合情况。将系列不同百分比的Poloxamer188~与聚L-乳酸共同溶解在二氯甲烷中制备成均相溶液后静电纺丝,扫描电子显微镜表征纤维的形态,X射线衍射和差示扫描量热分析表征两者的复合状况。络合显色-分光光度法测定从纤维中释放的Poloxamer188~量,并对时间做累积释放百分率图,采用Freundlich方程式对释放曲线进行拟合。得到了一系列直径较为均一的、无珠子的微米级纤维,随着Poloxamer188~复合量的增大,纤维直径先增加后减小。当Poloxamer188~的百分含量达到25%时,X射线图谱上开始出现其特征峰,差示扫描量热分析未见其吸热峰。Poloxamer188~从纤维中有明显突释,随后有约48 h的缓释期,之后几乎无释放。Poloxamer188~在纤维中的相对百分含量越高,其每个时间点的释放量也越大。其释放曲线符合Freundlich方程式。经过Poloxamer188~复合,可得到直径均一的无珠子结构的聚L-乳酸电纺纤维,Poloxamer188~可从纤维中以逆吸附形式释放。The morphology and complexing status of Poloxamer188~complexed poly L-lactic acid fibers electrospun from dichloromethane solution were investigated. Series different percentage of Poloxamer188~were dissolved with poly L-lactic acid in dichloromethane to form homogeneous solution to be electrospun forming fibrous membranes which were characterized by scanning electron microscope to observe the morphology,and by X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis to investigate the complexing status. The amount of Poloxamer188~released from fibrous membranes was determined by complexing-coloration spectrometry and the release curves were drew and regressed. Series of fibers of homogeneous diameter without beads structure were obtained. As the amount of complexed Poloxamer188~increases,fiber diameters increase first and decrease afterwards. As the percentage of Poloxamer188~in fibers increases to 25%,the characteristic peaks of it emerge on the X-ray diffraction patterns. There are no endothermal peaks in the differential thermal analysis curves. The burst release of Poloxamer188~from fibers is significant which is immediately followed by sustained release of about 48 h and hardly any release thereafter. The more proportion of Poloxamer188~is in fibers,the bigger release amount of it is at every sampling time. The Poloxamer188~release curves accord with Freundlich's equation. By being complexed with Poloxamer188~,poly L-lactic acid electrospun fibers of homogeneous diameters without beads structure could be obtained,Poloxamer188~could release from the fibers by the way of inverse-adsorption.
