雀斑患者强脉冲光治疗后修复护理对局部创面愈合情况的影响研究

摘　　要：目的本文旨在观察强脉冲光(IPL)治疗雀斑术后应用胶原贴敷料对局部创面进行修复护理的效果。方法将150例面部雀斑患者随机分为2组,进行IPL治疗,其中护理组(80例)于术后外用胶原贴敷料对创面进行修复护理,而对照组(70例)则只采用常规冰敷。在术后第1、2、3、7、14天分别进行局部疼痛、干燥的评估,比较红斑及水肿持续时间、痂皮脱落时间的差异。结果护理组疼痛及干燥评分、红斑及水肿持续时间、痂皮脱落时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在IPL治疗雀斑术后应用胶原贴敷料进行皮肤修复护理可明显促进创面愈合,减轻疼痛、干燥反应,并缩短红斑及水肿持续时间、痂皮脱落时间,提高患者的舒适度。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of collagen dressing on skin nursing after intense pulsed light（IPL） treatment of facial freckles. Methods A total of 150 patients with facial freckles were randomly divided into two groups. The nursing group（80 cases） was treated with collagen dressing immediately after IPL therapy, and the control group（70 cases） was treated with ice compress. The assessment was executed at day 1, 2, 3, 7 and 14 after the treatment. The syndrome of pain and dry were assessed, and the duration of erythema, edema and scab were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the side effects and discomfort of nursing group were remarkably reduced, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of collagen dressing after IPL treatment may obviously promote skin repairing, alleviate pain symptoms, et al, as well as improve the comfort degree of the patients.
