净柔洁面摩丝和日间隔离乳对中国人群敏感皮肤防护功效多中心临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察护肤品对敏感性皮肤的环境污染损伤防护及修复功效。方法按照敏感性皮肤入选标准纳入广州、北京和成都敏感性皮肤受试者,每天早晚使用净柔洁肤摩丝清洁面部和颈部,早上出门前将日间隔离乳均匀涂抹于面部和颈部。使用产品前及使用后第21天同一时间点进行随访,随访内容包括医生评估(皮肤受污染指标、产品的抗污染效果指标、皮肤光泽及色斑变化)及无创性皮肤生理指标[L~*a~*b~*值、经皮水丢失(TEWL)值]检测。结果研究发现洁面摩丝对污染物的清洁效果非常好占42.75%,效果好占46.58%;隔离乳对环境污染的隔离效果非常好占32.29%,效果好占53.6%;使用产品前后双侧面部无斑区ΔEab值从2.31±1.3降为2.15±1.2,有斑区ΔEab值从1.95±1.31降为1.92±1.19(P=0)。产品使用前后面部TEWL值无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论该研究的护肤品可以有效清除粘附于皮肤的污染物、隔离化学污染物直接接触人体皮肤及物理性污染源(紫外线)对皮肤的损伤,且不会影响敏感性皮肤的屏障功能。Objective To investigate clinical effects of skin care products in protecting sensitive skin from environmental pollution damages. Methods Subjects in Guangzhou, Beijing and Chengdu were simultaneously included in the study according to the sensitive skin diagnosis criteria. Mousse nettoyante（Avène） was used twice daily and SPF30 PA＋＋＋ skincare（Avène） was used in the morning. Change of skin contamination index, skin lusters and effects of the products were evaluated by dermatologists and non-invasive skin index（L＊a＊b＊ value and TEWL value） which was measured on day 0 and day 21. Results Evaluation data of pollutants cleaning ability showed that very good effects were in 42.75% subjects and good effects were in 46.58% subjects. Assessment of environmental pollution solation effects showed that very good effects were in 32.29% subjects and good effects were in 53.6% subjects. ΔEab value decreased from 2.31±1.3 to 2.15±1.2 in skin free area, and decreased from 1.95±1.31 to 1.92±1.19 in skin spot area（P=0）. There was no significant changes in TEWL value before and after the products usage（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Skin care products（Avène） could effectively remove pollutants adhered and reduce environmental damages on skin while not damage sensitive skin barrier.
