二期梅毒误诊一例

摘　　要：45岁男性患者。外阴及股部红斑、丘疹1个月,曾被当地医院误诊为湿疹及股癣且治疗无效。血清梅毒螺旋体特异性抗体胶体金法(TP-Ab)123.45 COI,快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验(RPR)1:64。确诊为二期梅毒,给予苄星青霉素240万U两侧臀部肌内注射治疗,每周1次,共治疗3次后皮损消退。A 45-year-old man presented with one-month history of erythema and papules on his private parts. The patient was once misdiagnosed as eczema and tinea cruris in local hospital. The results of syphilis serology tests showed that： treponema pallidum antibody（TPAb） 123.45 COI, rapid plasma reagin circle card test（RPR）1：64, and the case was diagnosed as secondary syphilis. The lesions disappeared after being treated with benzathine penicillin 2.4 million units, once a week, a total of three times.
