摘　　要：人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者所面临的精神心理压力非比寻常,医者须重视情志因素对HIV感染者的影响,如果能在此方面给予HIV感染者帮助,不仅能使患者树立治疗艾滋病的信心,更能提高艾滋病常规治疗的效果。运用中医理论,对HIV感染者伴发相关精神及心理问题进行证型分类,并给与相应的方药治疗,不仅有利于患者治疗的依从性,更有利于病情好转,降低社会危害性且能够丰富中医学治疗艾滋病的理论,为中医药治疗艾滋病开辟新的途径。HIV infected people facing the psychological pressure is unusual, so doctors must pay attention to the emotional effect on them. If some psychological help can be offered, not only can make the patients establish confidence during the treatment process of AIDS, but also can enhance the effects of conventional treatment. The traditional Chinese medicine theory was used to conduct syndrome classification on mental and psychological problems associated with the HIV infected people, give the corresponding prescription in favor of increasing the compliance of patients, improve the conditions of patients, reduce the social harm and enriching the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS theory, which can provide a new way for the treatment of AIDS using TCM.
