摘 要:目的:通过网络药理学方法,探讨藏药余甘子防治高原红细胞增多症(HAPC)的分子作用机制。方法:应用文献检索及TCMSP数据库筛选余甘子的化合物,通过Pharm Mapper进行靶点的预测分析,将得到的潜在靶点导入MAS 3.0数据库进行靶点注释与分析,结合KEGG数据库进行通路分析,最后采用Cytoscape软件,构建藏药余甘子治疗高原红细胞增多症的"化合物-靶点-通路"网络图。结果:共检索到131个余甘子化合物,以"类药五原则"筛选得23个,最终得到与高原红细胞增多症相关的45个靶点与74条通路。结论:通过网络药理学方法,发现藏药余甘子可能是通过调节体内氧化应激、免疫系统、内分泌及循环系统,并改善体内的炎性反应,达到防治HAPC的作用。Objective: To study the molecular mechanism of Tibetan medicine emblica in prevention and treatment of high altitude polycythemia through network pharmacology. Methods: Screening the chemical constituents of emblica by literature search and TCMSP database, then predictive analysis targets were selected by Pharm Mapper server. Potential targets would be submitted to MAS 3.0 database for target annotation and analysis. And pathway analysis would be performed with KEGG database. Finally, Cytoscape software was used to construct the ‘compounds-targets-pathway' network diagram of Tibetan medicine emblica treating high altitude polycythemia. Results: A total of 131 compounds of emblica were retrieved, and 23 compounds were screened by the ‘five principles' from emblica. Forty-five targets and 74 pathways related to high altitude polycythemia were screened. Conclusion: Through the network pharmacology method, it is found that Tibetan medicine emblica may be through the regulation of the body's oxidative stress, immune system, endocrine and circulatory system, and improve the body's inflammatory response to achieve the role of prevention and treatment of HAPC.
