支气管哮喘缓解期中医体质的分布特点

摘　　要：目的:分析支气管哮喘缓解期患者中医体质的分布特点,为临床干预提供客观依据。方法:收集支气管哮喘缓解期患者174例,判定中医体质类型,并分析体质与年龄、性别、病程的关系。结果:174例患者的中医体质以气虚质、特禀质和阳虚质多见,男性与女性患者无差异。气虚质在各年龄及各病程中均占有较高比例;低年龄长病程患者体质以特禀质为多见;高年龄长病程患者阴虚质、血瘀质、痰湿质增多。患者的体质可呈兼夹性,单一体质和两种兼夹体质分别占47.1%和50.6%,三种兼夹体质仅在中高及高年龄段出现。结论:气虚质、特禀质、阳虚质是支气管哮喘的易感体质,体质类型以单一体质和两种兼夹体质为主,无性别差异,不同年龄和病程阶段各具特点。Objective： To analyze the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution among patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage（BARS） and provide objective basis for clinical intervention. Methods： A total of 174 cases with BARS were collected, the constitution of TCM was determined, and the relationship between constitution and age, sex and course was analyzed. Results： In 174 patients, the physical type of TCM was characterized by qi-deficiency, special intrinsic constitution and yang-deficiency, with no sex difference. A higher proportion of qi-deficiency was found at all ages and all disease stages. Special intrinsic constitution in patients with young age and long course of disease is more common, while yin deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm increased in old age and long course. The constitution of the patient can be compound, the single constitution and two kinds of mixed constitution are 47.1% and 50.6% respectively, and the three types are only in middle and old age. Conclusion： The constitutions of qi-deficiency, special intrinsic and yang-deficiency are more likely to get bronchial asthma, appearing with single or two-composite-type mostly. Different age and disease stages have their own characteristics with no gender difference.
