摘　　要：逍遥散被历代医家广泛应用于临床各科疾病的治疗中。据不完全统计,仅方名中含有"逍遥散"的类方就多达88首。可见逍遥散方证也随着历代医家临床经验的增加而变化。文章从逍遥散方证的演变过程、文献研究、临床研究和实验研究等几方面对逍遥散方证研究的概况进行了总结,为逍遥散方证相关研究提供思路。Xiaoyao Powder was widely used in the clinical treatment of various diseases. According to incomplete statistics, there were as many as 88 associated prescriptions only containing the name of Xiaoyao Powder. It is obvious that the syndrome and prescription of Xiaoyao Powder changed with the increasing of clinical experience of doctors of dynasties. This paper summarizes the evolution process, document research, clinical research, and experiment research of syndrome and prescription of Xiaoyao Powder, in order to provide research approaches for syndrome and prescription of Xiaoyao Powder.
