针刺百会穴对氯化锂-匹鲁卡品诱发癫痫大鼠海马组织IgA、IgG2a表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺百会穴对氯化锂-匹鲁卡品诱发的癫痫大鼠海马组织中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、IgG2a表达的影响,探讨百会穴治疗癫痫的作用机制。方法:将雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常空白组、正常百会组、模型空白组、模型百会组。制备氯化锂-匹鲁卡品癫痫大鼠模型,于造模成功后第2天开始针刺,连续治疗10d,第11天取材,运用液相芯片技术检测各组大鼠海马组织中IgA、IgG2a的表达情况。结果:模型空白组的IgA、IgG2a蛋白表达量明显高于正常空白组(P<0.05);模型百会组较模型空白组显著降低(P<0.05);与正常百会组比较,模型百会组的IgA、IgG2a蛋白含量显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:大鼠海马组织中免疫因子IgA、IgG2a参与了癫痫疾病的发生和发展过程;针刺百会穴可能通过降低IgA、IgG2a的表达量来达到治疗癫痫的目的。Objective： To observe the effects of Baihui（GV20） acupuncture on the expressions of IgA and IgG2 a in hippocampus of epilepsy rats induced by lithium chloride-pilocarpine, and to explore the mechanism of Baihui（GV20） acupoint in the treatment of epilepsy. Methods： Male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, normal Baihui（GV20） group, model control group and model Baihui（GV20） group. Epilepsy rats model was prepared by lithium pilocarpine-pilocarpine. Acupuncture was started on the second day after successful modeling. The treatment was continued for 10 days. On the eleventh day, rats were sacrificed and liquid chip technique was usd to detect the expressions of IgA and IgG2 a in hippocampal tissue of rats. Results： The protein expression in model control group was significantly higher than that in normal control group（P〈0.05）. The protein expression in model Baihui（GV20） group was lower than that in the model control group（P〈0.05）. Compared with the normal Baihui（GV20） group, the protein expression of model Baihui（GV20） group was higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The immune factors IgA and IgG2 a in the hippocampus of rats are involved in the occurrence and development of epilepsy, and acupuncture on Baihui（GV20） may reduce the expressions of IgA and IgG2 a to achieve the purpose of treating epilepsy.
