摘  要:目的:采用高效液相色谱-质谱(HPLC-MS^n)法,对甘草提取物中的成分进行分析。方法:采用C_(18)色谱柱,乙腈-0.2%乙酸水溶液梯度洗脱,线性离子阱-串联静电轨道阱(LTQ-Orbit rap)高分辨质谱,负离子检测模式进行扫描,解析多级质谱数据,进行成分定性分析。结果:甘草提取物中共检测出31种成分,其中23种黄酮类化合物,8种三萜皂苷类成分,并首次分析了其中两种成分的裂解途径。结论:建立的HPLC-MS^n分析甘草提取物成分的方法快速简便,可用于复杂成分分析,为甘草的质量控制提供了参考依据。Objective: To establish an HPLC-MS^n method for identifying chemical constituents in extract of licorice. Methods: Chromatographic separation was achieved on a C18 column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(0.2% acetic acid) and step gradient elution. A LTQ-Orbit rap mass spectrometers quantification was equipped with electrospray ionization source was used as detetor and operated in the negative ion mode. Results: Thirty-one compounds were identified from licorice, including 8 kinds of triterpenoid saponins and 23 kinds of flavanone.To analyze mass spectrometry fragments of Liquiritin and licorice-saponineunder the positive mode. Conclusion: The method is rapid and simple in the qualitative analysis of licorice using LC-LTQ-Orbit rap MS/MS. This study could be helpful for the quality control and further phytochemical studies of licorice.
