2型糖尿病患者中医证候特征与视网膜病变进展相关性临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究2型糖尿病患者中医证候特征与视网膜病变进展的相关性,以便早期防治糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)。方法:2014年3月至2015年12月期间就诊并完成随访的58例患者,根据其视网膜病变情况,分为进展组和未进展组,回顾对比分析两组基线中医症状及中医证素与DR进展的相关性。结果:与未进展组相比,进展组基线目睛干涩、头晕眼花、口干口苦、形寒肢冷、腰膝酸软、性欲减退症状发生频次提高(P<0.05)。进展组基线水平气虚、阴虚、阳虚、血虚虚证素频次分布较高。进展组阳虚证素频次分布明显高于未进展组(P<0.01)。结论:2型糖尿病患者虚证证候与DR进展有关;阳虚证素与2型糖尿病患者DR进展有一定相关性。Objective： To study the relationship between the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and the progression of retinopathy in type 2 diabetic patients, so as to prevent and cure the diabetic retinopathy. Methods： A total of 58 cases from March 2014 to December 2015 were followed. According to the fundus situation, we divided all the cases into diabetic retinopathy（DR） progression group and DR none-progression group. We compared the analysis of the DR progression group and the DR non-progression group of the characteristics of Chinese medicine. Results： Compared with non-progression group, ocular dryness, dizziness, dry mouth, shape cold limbs, waist and knee pain, sexual desire drops symptoms occur frequency increase in progression group on baseline（P〈0.05）. Compared with the non-progression group, the frequency distribution of deficiency of yang deficiency in the development group was significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The highest frequency of the ten symptoms occurred in patients of progression group on baseline mostly relates to deficiency syndromes. Yang deficiency syndrome element relates to the progression of type 2 diabetes with diabetic retinopathy.
