摘　　要：介绍了一种采用氧化硅和钠在酒精中的混合液处理的树脂砂铸型和型芯的制造工艺.这种铸型和型芯将有机黏结剂改变为无机黏结剂.无机黏结的铸型和型芯可用于高温浇注,生产薄壁不锈钢铸件等产品.A new type of improved casting mould and core made of resin sand that were treated in a alcohol solution containing silicon oxide and sodium was introduced. Inorganic binder instead of organic binder was used in this new type of casting mould and core. Consequently, the casting mould and the core may be used in high temperature pouring and in producing thin-walled castings of stainless steel and the other products.
