摘 要:对复鞣加脂后的坯革,在干燥过程中进行平行循环拉伸(力平行于脊背线)、垂直循环拉伸(力垂直于脊背线)和交替循环拉伸(在平行于脊背线和垂直于脊背线方向交替施加力的作用),研究了循环应力对皮革力学性能的影响。结果表明,干燥时拉伸可能导致皮胶原纤维的取向排列;干燥时无间歇地持续拉伸可以大幅提高拉伸强度,降低其断裂伸长率;有间歇地循环拉伸则使皮革拉伸强度和断裂伸长率变化更均衡。干燥时总拉伸时间越长,成革强度越高。During the drying of crust leather which is after retanning and fatliquoring, the cyclic stress was applied including parallel cyclic stress (parallel to the backbone), vertical cyclic stress (vertical to the backbone) and alternate cyclic stress( alternating in parallel and vertical two directions). The effect of cyclic stress on the mechanical properties of the resultant leathers was investigated. The results indicate that stretching while being dried may lead to orientation of collagen fibers. The constant stress while being dried significantly improves the tensile strength and decreases the elongation at break, the intermittently cyclic stress will make a balance between strength and elongation at break. The longer time the stress is applied, the higher tensile strength of leather would be.
